Dear Guardians,
The annual Subject Teacher-Parent Conference Day is a great opportunity for you to directly inquire about your child’s academic progress with the subject teachers. There may also be occasions when subject teachers wish to discuss your child’s progress over the past school year with you in person. You can book appointments with the teachers on the following days:
- Monday, December 4, 2023, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Tuesday, December 5, 2023, 01:30 PM – 06:00 PM
Since appointments are available throughout the day on December 4, 2023, there will be no classes on this day.
This year, the organization and booking of appointments will be managed through Itslearning. You will find the course „Subject Teacher-Parent Conference Day 2023“ there. In this course, under the „Resources“ tab, you can book appointments with the subject teachers by clicking on „Register“.
Instructions:
- Log in to Itslearning. The app can be found on your child’s iPad. Alternatively, you can also log in here at it’s learning.
- Switch to the course „Subject Teacher-Parent Meeting 2023“.
- Click on „Resources“.
- You will see all available teachers‘ names. Click on the teacher you would like to talk to.
- Read the description text thoroughly.
- Click on „Register“.
- Choose an appointment.
- Click on „Confirm registration“ at the bottom.
